Founded by Briana Morford, a licensed special educator and yoga teacher with more than a decade of experience supporting individuals of diverse abilities and needs, EmpowerMe brings together education and mindful movement to create more inclusive opportunities to move, connect, and grow.

Where you’ll find EmpowerMe:

Based in the East Valley of Arizona, EmpowerMe brings inclusive movement experiences to individuals and communities throughout the Valley, with select training and educational opportunities available virtually and beyond Arizona.
